Community Guidelines

1. Purpose

Master Acres is designed to help people discover, buy, sell and rent real estate safely and efficiently.

These Community Guidelines establish the standards expected from every User to maintain a trustworthy, respectful and legally compliant Platform.

These Guidelines apply to all Users, including buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, agents, builders, developers, businesses and any other person using the Platform.

2. Be Honest

Users must provide truthful information.

Do not:

• Publish fake properties.
• Publish fake requirements.
• Misrepresent ownership.
• Use misleading photographs.
• Upload edited images that materially misrepresent a property.
• Misstate pricing.
• Provide false contact information.
• Create duplicate listings to manipulate rankings.

3. Respect Other Users

Treat all Users respectfully.

Do not:

• Abuse.
• Threaten.
• Harass.
• Intimidate.
• Discriminate.
• Stalk.
• Defame.
• Send unsolicited spam.

Communication through the Platform should remain professional and relevant to property transactions.

4. Prohibited Content

Users shall not upload content containing:

• Hate speech
• Terrorist content
• Child exploitation material
• Obscene material prohibited by law
• Malware
• Phishing links
• Fraudulent schemes
• Illegal products or services
• Copyright-infringing material
• False government approvals
• Fake legal documents
• Forged ownership papers

Any such content may be removed immediately and, where required, reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. Property Listings

Only publish properties that you are legally authorised to advertise.

Keep information accurate and updated.

If a property is sold, rented or otherwise unavailable, update or remove the Listing promptly.

6. Property Requirements

Requirements should reflect genuine buying, renting or leasing intentions.

Do not publish misleading or fake Requirements for lead generation or promotional purposes.

7. Reviews and Feedback

Reviews should reflect genuine experiences.

Do not:

• Post fake reviews.
• Offer incentives for positive reviews without disclosure.
• Coordinate review manipulation.
• Post defamatory or knowingly false statements.

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these Guidelines, you may report it through the Platform.

Reports should be made in good faith.

False or malicious reporting may itself constitute a violation of these Guidelines.

9. Enforcement

The Company may take one or more of the following actions where it reasonably believes these Guidelines have been violated:

• Issue warnings.
• Remove content.
• Suspend Listings.
• Suspend Requirements.
• Restrict Platform features.
• Remove badges.
• Suspend accounts.
• Permanently terminate accounts.
• Report unlawful activity to competent authorities where required.

The action taken will depend on the nature, severity and frequency of the violation.

10. Changes to These Guidelines

The Company may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, technology or Applicable Law.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform.
